Has your 2009-2015 VOLKSWAGEN / AUDI vehicle equipped with the EA888 / EA113 engine experienced a premature engine turbocharger failure outside the limited power train warranty period (or in the case of Audi outside the 7 year / 70,000 mile turbocharger warranty extension for 2009-2012 TFSI vehicles with engine code CAEB)?  These engines were incorporated in Volkswagen Golf, Eos, Passat, Passat wagon, Tiguan, Jetta, Jetta wagon, Beetle and Audi A3, A4, A5, Q3 and Q5 vehicles among others.

A group of law firms with extensive class action automotive litigation experience filed a class action in June of 2022 against Volkswagen and Audi seeking an extended turbocharger warranty for vehicles equipped with the EA888 / EA113 engine together with reimbursement of costs associated with replacement of the turbocharger outside of the manufacturer’s warranty.
